If you go into your owner manual, you will find a section on adding applications (apps). You need to add the Netflix app to your smart TV. Then you can click on the add and on the first run, add your user name and password. It should work fine for you then.

You need to register with Netflix online first to create a login and password.
Here`s how to:
>> On your computer go to netflix.com then click signup or signup.netflix.com
>> Fill all the necessary information they needed.
>> Purchase any plan they offer after you created an account(Optional as you can avail a trial version for 7 days)
Now go to your TV
>> Turn the TV on then hit menu
>> Go to My apps menu
>> Select Netflix
>> Sign in with your username and password
>> Take note of the code
>> Go to your computer and login to netflix.com/activate and type in the code to activate.
>> Go back to the TV select finish to start the service
Important:
Make sure your TV is connected to the internet, either wired or wireless
Here are the three methods to connect wireless on your TV:
Scan and connect
>> Turn on the TV
>> Go to Menu
>> Go to Network settings
>> Select easy then scan for networks
>> Select and connect
Connect using WPS
Press the WPS button(Padlock with signal wave) on your TV`s side panel then on your router.
Note:
You only have two minutes before the router turn the WPS off
Add network manually
>> Go to Menu
>> Go to Network settings
>> Select manually add network
Type and select the appropriate settings:
SSID: Name or the Wireless network
Security: Either the WEP, WPA, WPA2 or WPA+WPA2
Passphrase/Passkey: Type in the password
Wait for a prompt that the TV is connected to the internet.
