Ur fps depends upon the game ur playing. If ur playing high end game with a low graphics card ur fps will be low. Switch to a higher graphics card for good fps
Check the settings in AMD Catalyst. The higher rated Radeons come with a Good overclocking and monitoring program as part of Catalyst.Especially the ASUS made ones. Hope this helps
So from can i see this card does not have really any true online ratings. However to let you know lag can come from a lot of different places. Memory, processor, having a slow FSB on the motherboard. I mean a lot of thing can play into these problems. You would have to provide a full system build out of what you have to try to troubleshoot any problems not just this video card.
