Please restart your machine. Check pump pressure, boiler valve and the water supply. You can check the manual for more details. I believe it should be on page 9 and/or the table of errors.

I have dealt extensively with Franke machines in a commercial setting and any mechanical issues are best sorted out by a Franke technician. They have very complex electronics.

Check the water level sensor on tank,often gets a bit of lime scale on it.Remove it give it a clean and replace and check

Yes that is a good guess.

looks like your machine is not heating up one of the boilers.
on every boiler you have 2 thermic fuses and probably one of those is broken.

there is no reset switch, please wait on the display indicates the machine is heating . but the sensors are not registering the temp. this means either the thermoblock/s have failed (unlikely) there are upto 4 thermal fuses mounted on the thermoblocks . this is more likely the problem. any more info required please et me know

DESCALING The Saphira has an integrated descaling program. The procedure takes about 60 minutes. E43 error motortime out refers to the brew unit not being "sensed" by the micro switch, the most common fault is the micro switch failing. other causes are the failure of the brewmotor itself, or bushes within the brewer. The micro switch is simple to replace as its obvious withits location. the other however will require the expertise of an engineer.

this is usually due to the overtemp device activated on one of the thermoblocks, an engineer will be required to replace this item,
