Have you cleaned it lately? Is it getting sufficent air flow? A few cans of compressed air and a can of Electronic Contact Cleaner spray. If so, I would suggest the PSU may be bad. Reseat the memory mods, Try to reboot. If it starts, LED's blink, then completely powers off, Test the PSU with a multimeter, replace if necessary. Do you get anything on the monitor?
