UL also could mean Unbalanced Load, if you put too much laundry. Try to remove half of the laundry and try again on spin program

I believe this model has a defective control board under the control panel. The new control board has longer times between the drain and the spin. Eliminating the unbalance when it tries to spin with water still left in it. Also check for slow drain this will enhance the problem. The control board is a warrany repair if covered.
