Hello!
First of all, make sure you have a machine witch is not with welded tub, a lot of these machines are made with sealed tub, so in this case you have a problem....
Check if it's with removable front panel, remove kickplate plastic down and chek for screws that hold front panel. If there are no screws and front is welded, it means you will need to remove tub upwards, which is a PITA. You need to remove all hoses, wires from motor, heater, sensors, unscrew shock absorber, remove detergent drawer from top, door gasket. and when everything disconnected, lift up the tub. Ask for some help because it's heavy.

welll its a long job.
first remove the top
then the front control panel.
disconnect any wires connected to the circuit board.
then remove the front panel with the door intact. to do this you must unscrew the the screws in the top and bottom and remove the screws for the door inter lock as well as undue the door gasket from the panel.
Then you got to remove the concrete weights. and pull the pegs in the legs from the drum side.
Then you got to dissconect the drainage at the bottom of the drum from the pump
remove the wires from the solenoid and disconnect the pressure switch from the small plastic tube.
undue the tubing from the soap draw to the drum
remove the clips near the springs.
undue the front metal panel which the board was connected to and remove the drum
if you need anymore help dont be afraid to ask.

Sorry, but you are not so lucky. LG should not even offer those parts, as it takes special hydraulic presses to install some of that. For anyone but the manufacturer them self you must replace the back half of the outer drum (I believe it is a 3045ER0008C in your case) which contains the installed seal and bearing, plus I'd recommend replacing the spider asm 4434ER0002A, as the shaft may be a bit worn where it contacted the seal and bearing, and you don't really want to go through all that work (at least 2 hours) only to have to do it again. A FixYa rating would be appreciated. Thanks.

You really don't want to know how but here it is. The bearing is located in the rear shell and is not removable the rear shell has to be replaced which means removing the tub assembly from the machine and completely disassembling. With 30 years of appliance repair the last one I did took about 3 hours.
