My Unstated PC is dead
the PC has no sound, right
the fans in the desktop are dead silent
and do not blow air .(2 fans)
if yes that is why..
or is not connected to this monitor.
the monitor works, we see that.
the errors it shows are true,
that error means the PC is dead.

fixing is last ,not first. sorry.
diagnosis is first, guessing is very expensive.
wana do tests next?

the PS is dead, there is no windows on dead PCs sorry helpers...
    monitor showing "no input signal"
the manual tells how to do the reset(last link)
but you never said once the 2 fans in the PC are dead. if that is true. I bet yes.
    so....
unplug the PC from the wall AC jack.
push power on, the PC will burp, that means it may, spin fans for 1 second. and die.
    this is NORMAL
then leave it AC line, unplugged for say an hour. (this discharges things,,, and more)
now plug PC into Wall AC power jack (both ends)
    the push power, button now.
the 2 fans inside must spin or the PSU is dead.
there are other things to fail that cause all PSU made to not turn on, ask how to test for that.

SOURCE: crt computer monitor model 6332-03n

Hi, you can try lowering the screen resolution, the color quality and the screen refresh rates. Work from there and observe each setting/increment. soon as the monitor quits, press escape to revert to previous setting. I get the impression that you are familiar with electronics, the problem is your monitor horz. freq is playing catch up and eventually fails. Lowering your PC setting then might do the trick. To lower the settings, right click on desktop, properties, settings tab & advance button - Monitor. Hope this be of some help. Good luck

try a different monitor, if the display remains blank on a known good monitor, then it is your video card.

SOURCE: how do I fix the error no vga input signal no dvi input signal monitor going to sleep

Check if you VGA is properly settled in the PCI slot. Try to take it out, clean the slot for dust.
If that doesn't help, it is well possible that you VGA is not working any more.

The computer starts and the monitor instantly goes into sleep mode and cannot be restored. It first shows that there is no inputs and goes into sleep mode

It is possible that your video card is Gone!!! Try to connect the monitor to another computer (to a laptop for example) to verify if it works properly.

I loaded Windows 7 and now when I turn on the computer, the monitor says DVI input no input signal and goes to sleep. Can you help?

Do you have the correct driver loaded? Are you using DVI output on the computer? Is there a VGA output? If so, try using a VGA cable while you troubleshoot the video issue.

How do i switch my monitor to vga input?

Plug in the VGA cable to the monitor, and to the computer.

The monitor automatically determines which inputs have a valid signal source.

You can also set the monitor's source of video input to VGA, by going to the On Screen Display menu, and the Switch Video Input option.

Here is the User Manual,
