I was shopping for one in Thailand and it was a GE 371. I did not replace it because they only carried the cheap china battery's.

In case if you lost your original watch battery, check your watch instruction manual. If you lost both - battery and manual - then there is no other way, but to visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask for help. In your particular case I do not see the reason why you should find the battery, because any decent watchmaker has many different batteries in stock. All you have to do is to find your closest watch repair shop and ask watchmaker to replace the battery. No need at all to send it to Luminox, as this job can be done at any watch workshop with the same precision and quality.
