Welcome to FixYa! I'm the expert that chose your issue to resolve. Now let's get started. Office machines, for whatever reason, seem to be a lot more complicated than the ones you use at home. But, this should be an easy problem to fix. The process of putting in your required and company information is known as "registration" To complete your registration do the following:

1. Press Function, then
2. Data Registration, then
3. Press set three (3) times. Your current settings will be displayed.
   
4. Use the numeric keypad to enter the correct month, day, year and time in the following order: Year (enter only the last two digits), Time (use 24 hour time format i.e. 13:00 vs. 1:00, precede single digits with a zero (0) i.e 01:00) If you make a mistake press clear. Also, you can use the left/right arrows to move the cursor under just one digit and use the number keypad to change it.
5. Press set two times. The display will show UNIT TELEPHONE, the TEL=
6. Use the number keypad to enter your fax/telephone number (max 20 digits including spaces) If you want to enter spaces, press function, then space. If you make a mistake, press clear and reenter the number. You can also use the right arrow key to delete the rightmost digit and re-enter the number.
7. Press Set twice. Unit will display UNIT NAME on 1st Press, then on the 2nd press a blank screen (not totally blank, it will have a cursor on the left and a A: on the right.
8. Use the numeric pad (corresponding to letters printed on keys) to enter the company name (max 24 characters including spaces).
9. Press Set (Unit will display TX TERMINAL ID)
10. Press Stop/Reset to return to the standby mode.

2. Press report (unit will display ACTIVITY REPORT)
3. Use up/down arrows to select USER DATA LIST.
4. Press Set once, the list will be printed.

Name programming requires access to system programming. If you go to the main phone and, without picking up the handset, press PROG and dial **1234 and ENTER, it will go into programming mode. Dial 004 and you are looking at the Ext Name screen. An ENTER at this point starts at 101 OPERATOR (default). Now just start pressing the letter keys and the right arrow to spell out the names. The keys press 7 times for ABCabc2. Punctuation and special characters are under the 1 and 0 keys and STORE or ENTER saves your work.

When I install my systems, I let everybody have access to the programming by class of service. You may be able to program from any phone in your system, it depends on the installer. The phone that rings when you dial "0" is probably the main phone if you can't program this from your own phone.

PROG exits programming.

You cannot modify your existing ActiveSync partnership.
You must go into ActiveSync options on your phone and delete the partnership.
Note that deleting the partnership only deletes the copy on your phone. It will not delete the source mailbox on your server so don't worry.
Once that is done you can set up the new partnership with your new server.
