try looking for it on www.books4cars.com They have both repair manuals and the owners manual. On their site, top left, select Toyota, on the next page at top enter year xxxx, on next page type in Land Cruiser, all books will be listed on that page

i would have to say its your antenna from where they charge.i dont think its sending a signal.try replacing that or the whole unit might need to be replaced.
