code is over heat error, unit has to be cleaned thoroughly. take unit apart and clean, I use a rag,brush,vacuum and compressed air. .

One person with this problem wrote that their thermostat was set lower than the actual room temperature. When they turned up the heater temp, they said that fixed it.
Other people reported part replacement - which would require a technical repair person.
