With the symptoms you've described, it sounds like the main control board has failed and needs to be replaced in order to get the oven working again.
The control board is mounted in the backsplash behind the display panel. With the failure of this main board, it could have been caused by a recent electrical outage that may have caused a voltage spike that "fried" the control panel. It is a fairly easy repair, just be sure to turn off the breaker to the oven before you take the backsplash apart to get to the control board.
You can get a replacement control unit for the range, if you feel the overall condition of the stove is worth repairing. I always tell people that once costs to repair exceed 60% of buying new, you're better off buying a new appliance, IF the appliance is 10+ years or older.
You can go to the www.searspartsdirect.com to check for your particular part and get a good idea of the cost to buy the part (others available on the web too), but you'll need to have the complete model number to search for the specific part for your stove. (you're missing a couple of letters and/or numbers)
Hope that helps you decide how you should proceed - repair or buy new. Best regards!
