I could not find a manual above which usually has free manuals and is free of the viruses often found when simply using Google to search . I am telling anyone who reads this to beware if you don't have active antivirus on your computer to avoid getting damaged by simply using Google. That is a risky approach.

The clock is flashing zeros because you need to set the clock timer.To do this you need to press and hold in both of the the cook period and end time buttons together, then with both buttons still held in , press either the "+" or "-" buttons to set the correct time of day
