My liebherr fridge makes a loud, mechanical pumping noise every 15-20 minutes. Is this a problem with a water pump? Is there an easy fix.

Your compressor is hot... unplg now and vacuum ..actually better to blow out debri.. but clean under fridge. Now!!!. Ok...pay one of your kids 10 bucks to do it they are more agile . Careful not to be banging the fan with vac hose.do that and youll be sorry as thats why the compressor is hot and cranky.

SOURCE: Braun Tassimo Type 3107

I found that most problems around the tassimo relate to the peircing mechanism being clean and properly in place (it moves sometimes when you open the lid), or that the "window" that reads the barcode needs to be kept clean. When i've gotten all lights blinking or going right to manual, I have found cleaning the window seems to fix the problem more often than not.

hope that helps

SOURCE: pump motor makes loud noise when pump comes on

If this is a high pitched sound, then this sounds like you have bearings that are starting to go out.  There is not much that you can do to prevent eventual failure.
The only other option that I see is that there is something causing friction inside the pump between the impeller and diffuser.

SOURCE: when running it makes a loud continuous loud noise

Your bearing are failing. Replacing them and the seal at a local electric motor repair shop will likely cost around $50.

SOURCE: Fisher-Paykel washer pump noise & some water left in tub

Lube the brass bearings on the motor. For some reason the bearing on the bottom nearest to the cooling fan will start to whine. I would guess because it's kicking dust up around the unit. I used a lube that will hold in place. Lube between the bracket that holds the motor together and by the fan. The noise should stop. I also suggest you lube the top bearing as well. The lube I recommend is a Silicone paste type.

My Igloo ice 102C is making a loud noise when it pumps in water to make Ice. How do I fix this

It shouldn't make any loud noises at all. Most likely it's a water pump related problem. Most pumps make loud noises when they are lose from their base due to a broken clip or untighten screw. It could also be caused by a faulty pump. Either way, if you just bought it and have the receipt, return it and have them give you another one.

Very noisy Liebherr CN4013-21 - 4 years old

Might be, the compressor is loose, now is it loose at base where it is fastened or the bearings are loose.

Liebherr fridge freezer had Freon top-up to solve problem with warming up. Now there is a constant loud buzz when pump is running ( most of the time). Do I need to replace the pump/compressor?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! If the compressor is working, leave it alone. Perhaps there is a metal panel or metal shelf inside that is vibrating from the compressor vibration.

My Emerson Portable Ice Maker started makeing a loud grinding sound when pumping water -why?

I had this same problem that cropped up about 6 months after I purchased the ice maker. When it pumped water into the ice tray, the water pump would make a loud grinding noise. I inspected the pump and found that the impeller was in contact with the bottom of the pump housing. I partially disassembled the pump and inserted a small washer I fabricated out of electrical tape to enlarge the gap between the impeller and the bottom of the pump housing. I also took care not to over-tighten the screws when reassembling the pump. The grinding noise went away completely, and it's back to normal operation now. Even if you have no idea what you're doing, like me, it's a 15 minute fix with practically zero materials cost.

I have no idea what caused the problem originally, unless there was a washer that disintegrated over several months' worth of use.
