Dear Casey; gonna need a little more info, is there anything on the gas tank, under the seat, on the side covers inside or out that tells you who made the bike? Is it a single cylinder, 2 cyl, V twin, etc?
Any idea of year? Even sometimes inspecting the headlight, tail light, some sleuth work may give you some more clues. Posting a picture would even help. Best of luck to you

I dont have a clue what happened...
The screen is blue and has a little red lock on the upper left hand side...
remote only works to turn it on...no other buttons work.

Well if there is orange I would think you lost your green. My question is this point are all three tubes lit up. That would give me clue what direction to send you in.

Most common reason for this would be defective power supply, if it is less than 1 year old, may still be under warranty. If older then you can usually find replacement power supply $40+ at local computer store. Not to difficult to replace, average tech could swap it in less than 15 minutes.
