We can not tell what you can do ever. (be god like that)
but we tell you to ask on acer forum. we are not acer.
or how test it, do you want to learn testing? that it.
no shops in town to fix this PC?
NO PC stated (OF 10,000 MODELS)
NO OS state so no answers possible. (but generic)
Fast boot is w10, so turn off fastboot
that causes windows to load fresh, and clean.
do that is many ways, here is alist
in my PC it is also in the BIOS pages too.. fast boot.
BASICALLY WE GO TO SAFE MODE.
w10 made this hard to do, F8 key is now dead.for w10 just for funs and giggles they did that.
but SAFE boot is still valid.
the PC can have a bad HDD,
we test it first, ask how, with smart app'
then try to do the recovery mode.
http://www.pcdied.com/BSOD-s/W10-DEAD.html
the PC has strick 3 your out mode,
boot 3 times and on 3rd failure
you see the windows recovery mode POP
the silly blue screens
click set advanced options
click startup settings
click enable safe mode, and click restart
can't or can not do anything, is the right words.
if PC is windows 10 say so.
no PC model stated, making any super accurate answers very very hard.
but w8 is the first , fastboot feature OS.
google how to turn off fast boot w8 or w10.
the 3 times failure rule should give you a blue windows choice screen,
when W10 fails, we turn off fastboot first.
always, !
this MAGICALLY forces, it to COLD BOOT.
and works. if PC not bad hardware that is.
If say ram is bad, this will not cure the problem.
but after ram bad, is replaced good
cold boot (aka. SAFEMODE)
will then make windows fly right.
w10 boots from images that can in fact get corrupted. the cure is cold boot the beast..
