You should call your vendor for service on any commercial brewer. (Especially if it's on loan from them)
*** the following is for information only as all repairs should be performed by a qualified tech.***

The CWTF has a start switch activates the timer (analog or digital) board which turns on the water feed to the brew tank. This forces previously heated water out and sprayed over the ground coffee in the brew funnel. Coffee then drips into the decanter.
* It's not often this momentary brew switch goes bad even though it's pressed many times a day.
* Check the on/off switch. Most models will light up when switched on.
* Check the timer. Digital timers tend to be sensitive to electrical storms. Analog timers have a dial and are more tolerant of electrical surges.
* Check the water fill solenoid. Should be a definite click when activated. Water filling sound should be very clear.
* No water flow then check the water supply line if it's on.
* Final; this brewer needs service. Call your coffee vendor for advice.

SOURCE: my bunn is too slow

Use the de-liming spring to clean the copper tube behind the spray head. Pour several pots of clear white vinegar through the unit to further remove lime and scale from the interior of your coffee maker. My Bunn is 24 years old, and the only replacement parts I've ever required are new carafes and the 4041 silicone washer repair kit.

SOURCE: Water supply for Bunn coffee maker

open the cover on the brewer- depending on your model, it could be the front or the back cover. look for a brew timer dial. turn this up slowly, running a brew each time to see if you now have a full pot

SOURCE: Bunn VPR Series Coffee Maker

This machine has a reservoir that holds about 2.5 pots and keeps them at brewing temperature. Therefore you should pour in 3 pots (with a pot in place under the filter basket) until water flows from the basket. Then, and ONLY then, it is safe to plug in the brewer. If you plug in the brewer BEFORE filling the reservoir you will burn up the heating element and will have to have it replaced.
After the initial filling and heat up (about 20 minutes) you are ready to pour through a pot of COLD water through and brew.

SOURCE: Bunn Coffee Maker Leaks out the bottom

I have an older BUNN B10 pour-o-matic that I thought was leaking from the bottom. Upon close inspection, I found that it was leaking from the worn out washers located on the top of the tank, allowing water to run down the sides of the stainless steel tank. There's a great fix offered on Fixya.com that suggests going to a hardware store and buying a Gardner Bender GHG-1575 rubber grommet with a 3/4" hole and install it into the large hole in the basin. Then place a metal washer on top of the grommet and snug it up with the threaded fitting. Many folks say it's a great fix. I went a different route. I called BUNN customer service and spoke to a very nice woman who understood my needs and sent out a free repair kit that contained a new fitting, washer, and seal. I received it in a few days and it's working great. Beats going out and buying parts for a work around repair. BTW, the repair kit is called "Universal Retail Seal Replacement Kit #37091.0000"

CWTF15 WILL NOT STOP WATER FLOW WHEN POT IS MADE.

The coffee dispensing valve is stuck open. It may be due to Calcium deposits.
Descale the machine or manually clean the dispensing valve and the diffuser disc that unscrews to be removed. This diffuser is visible just above the coffee pot.

Sounds like the switch is stuck in the operate position. Therefor once the machine hits temperature it just brews. Your local Bunn distributor should be able to recommend an engineer to replace the switch or supply the correct t,hope of switch if your confident enought Tom replace it yourself.

My bunn cwtf15 won't put out hot water from tap, and won't brew hot enough water even after adjusting thermostat?

your thermal fuse has blown. it's in what is now brown tubing and is located in the top right rear of the machine. remove the top lid, remove the trough drain nut and trough to get to it. you can either bypass it with a jumper, or call (800) 352-BUNN (2866)

Does the light have to turn green before we can brew coffee?

It is best to wait for the machine to return to full temperature. It shouldn't be more than a minute or two after the last pot is done dripping. It will brew though and the water will be fairly hot for one more pot. Too many in succession will not brew well at all since the temp is and important factor in GOOD coffee.

Not sure how to use it. Can you only pour one pot of water in at a time and does it brew automatically?

There is a one and a half gallon holding tank inside this coffee maker, you can maybe brew 2 pots one after the other but then you need to give it time to recover. When you pour hot water in it pushes hot water from the holding tank out the spray head...hope that helps :)

Inconsistent water amount being dispensed

It sounds like there is some build up in the brew line, find the nearest bunn dealer and get a delimming spring, then remove the shower and run spring through brew line.
