Your battery may be dead to a point that it cant boot your system. Try to charge it for a day or so then try with the adapter, and battery

try pressing on fn+f5 or fn+f6 a couple of times each. Maybe the screen got switched to projector status by mistake.
SOURCE: My Acer Aspire 5570Z laptop's power button issue
Underneath the power button that you see is a small board with a tiny tactile button. These tactile buttons because they get used alot tend to go bad. They will get worn out and then eventually won't work.
Best thing to do is to go to this page courtesy of Acer:
https://secure2.tx.acer.com/FixMyAcer3/FixMyAcer.aspx
There is a phone number there and they should be able to tell you if your laptop is under warranty. If its not, ask them the name of the board underneath the power button and its part number and you can search for it yourself on the internet to get the best price

SOURCE: NO PICTURE, NO SOUND, TV TURNS ON THEN TURNS OFF
Well, Everything said on this site is true. I recently had a breakdown on the same type of TV and through this site and the comments left, I was able to repair my tv for less than $50. (Extra cost for upgrading my soldering iron that wasn't getting hot enough) It was amazing. The feeling when the tv powered up and stayed on. Credit goes to Howard and Chris Palmer for their comments. It is possible. You just have to commit and do it. Its not as hard as you might think. Thanks guys.
