i had the same problem with my phone. The way i fixed it was to reset my phone i tried everything else but thats what i had to do.
save your numbers to your sim first and unmount your internal sd card in the settings before you do it that way you wont lose your numbers or pictures. Also if you have your calender set up with a google account you can sync your calender again after you reset your phone so you dont loose your calender. but make sure your calender is set up with your google account. Once you reset it you will loose all of your apps but your phone will run smoothly and then you just have to watch out for the apps you download.

Hi,most smart phone has app's that comes with programs that protect your phone ,like your compurtor,It has to have a security I have a LG . One of my app's is a security app, call lookout and one section has a restoer,and backup, If you go to setting it might work, or juet pull da,/batt;and let it for a few.put, batt;/back in.
