try switching it one with out the load, if it works without the load then put back the load one after the other to see the equipment causing it to have a problem

The outlet that you are plugging your Flat Panel television into might have more/less voltage then what It requires/accepts. If you try to plug it into another outlet, The problem should be fixed.
