SOURCE: engine hesitates under 2000rpm in 1st and 2nd

It may be your map or maf sensor the connection to it to the manifold could be defective, have you noticed poor fuel mileage? if so then check it, also does it idle rought on start up or does it rev high when first started up? If it does you need to chek for vachum leak you can use a can of carburater cleaner to spray around hoses and see if it smooths out if it does at the area you spray it on that is your problem.

SOURCE: i have a chevy silverado i replaced the fuel pump

it sounds like a converter is plugging up,if it runs good when you are just feathering the throttle, then the more gas you give it the slower it goes, that would point to converter, since you didn't say the truck didn't shut off on you when you kicked it down,i wouldn't think it would be fuel, but you can check the fuel pressure at the reed valve on the fuel rail, you need to see at least 55psi of fuel pressure for the truck to run.

02 Chevy avalanche 1500 need to know torque specs for intake manifold and if theres an tightening sequencing

the torque specs for your intake are the first pass to 44in/lb the second pass to 89in/lb. and the tightening sequence is as follows:
start on the passenger side (right side) the 3rd bolt (from front) is #1 then on the driver side (left side) 3rd bolt is #2 and 4th bolt is #3.Back to right side 2nd bolt is #4 and 4th bolt is #5. Left side 2nd bolt is #6 and 1st bolt is #7. Right side 5th bolt or rear most bolt is #8, left side rear bolt is #9. Then finish with right side 1st bolt is # 10.

Do that the first time at 44 in/lb then same thing over again at 89 in/lb

Hard shift from 1st to 2nd, then 2nd to 3rd.

Dont think they changed it yet but the older chrysler units had a rod that went from the throttle linkage to the transmission (maybe a cable now)...If you lengthen the rod it will increase shift pressure and give you an earlier shift.

Idle flucutation rough take off in 1st and 2nd gear

The spark plug leads in these cars are notoriously bad. I would change them without hesitation just for maintenance if nothing else, but I bet it solves your problem.

Honda accord exr 1987 automatic trans.

It's hard to understand when you say it feels like a manual shift. Noise? Feel? I do know that the 87 auto trans does have a weak 1st to 2nd shift drum (as explained to me by my mechanic) that makes a grinding, elongated shift under heavy acceleration when it starts to wear. Under normal acceleration, 1st to 2nd shifts were normal (crisp, immediate). Since that day 8 years ago, I've avoided starting off to quickly, and so far have saved myself a tranny overhaul.
