Its stuck on the HTC logo. How can i get it to the home page?

Depress and Hold your home button and power at same time . This will or should take a few seconds but Keep holding until you see the apple icon . When you see it let off both at same time . After a minute or more it will disappear . After it disappears wait a couple 3,4,5, seconds and you should be able to press the home button and your home page should display .

After unlocking your HTC One, look right above the HTC logo on the bottom center of the phone face. Right above it is a square of nine white squares. Touch that square. Now, you'll see a list of ALL applications installed. That list can be sorted in multiple ways. To sort alphabetically, touch and hold anywhere on that screen of icons and pull down a bit. A menu will appear on the screen allowing you to select to sort alphabetically.. Once that's done, look for the Messages icon.
Touch and hold the icon. At the top of the screen a new menu will appear. While still holding the icon, drag it up to the word :Shortcut". The menu will disappear and your desktop will be available to drop the icon onto. If there is room, it'll now be on your desktop (once you let go). If there isn't room, while still holding, drag it to the left or right side to change desktop pages. Locate a page that has room, and let go. The icon will then be on that page. If you have no room, then you'll have to create a new page. If you do need more pages, repost for that instruction.

This happened to me on HTC Sensation. I was able to get into my apps after a few attempts to reboot seems when volume is all the way down during a reboot it initiates the safe mode. this can happen, im told for many, reasons. Even if your volume controls are working fine.dust etc. although I followed the directions listed above I cleared the htc sense cache then re*stareted and all loaded just fine. I just had too do a little rearanging to my apps on home page . so I am pleased I saved a service call

there must be an application creating that prob. most probably a third party software u have installed. u have to hard reset ur cell phone. consult user guide of ur cell for instructions
