With the H700 BT headsets the pairing mode is different from other BT headsets. to put it in pairing mode you first hold the talk button on the headset until the purple light comes on.Right after the purple light comes on you have to flip open the headset for it to stay in pairing mode. From there you continue through the phone. It will ask for a password; that will be "0000". then connect. This headset can sync with laptop.

We have a meridian M7310 telephone system, and have just bought some headsets. Unfortunately we wish to use both headset, handset or speaker phone. Is this possible? Because at the moment we can only...

First of all, make sure you're plugged into the headset port of the telephone and not the handset port. Pressing the Handsfree button should change from handset to headset. You can't use the speaker phone with the headset plugged in.

Hi, I have a Siemens ( 4000 series) land line phone with an extra hand set. What steps do I need to take to have the second headset sync(?) to the same base so that both headsets are usable? I can not...

Some Panasonic cordless phones come with up to five handsets each will need to be properly adjusted. You may need to set the main handset to synchronize with the base unit plugged into the telephone wall jack and assign special configuration numbers to the other handsets in order to properly identify each one within a specified location. One handset left in the turned on mode may make it impossible to place calls with the any of the other handsets. This will continue until either the battery dies or fails on the handset or the phone is switched off and replaced in its charger for charging again. Synchronize the main handset by pressing the MENU button on the handset, then pressing the down button IN order to select the number you wish to assign to that handset. Repeating this process if you have already done so will greatly decrease the level of errors experienced with panasonic phones

I juat want to ask the passkey for motorola h505

i recently activated and paired my motorola bluetooth headset to my blackberry 9650. I found online a motorola page through a search which had a support section in which was an illustrated guide for pairing headset to handset, which was extremely helpful. However neither phone nor headset had a correct model number listed, so I choose similar a handset and headset to use for the illistrated support. After turning on the bluetooth, making sure it is discoverable (which should be the default setting on your bluetooth since there is no screen or buttons for you to change things besides on/off and volume), and pairing the two, the phone asks for a pass code for the headset. Now as i said in the beginning you have to choose a certain model handset and headset, so in the illustration they give you pass code for the specific headset, however my headset was not listed. I have a motorola bluetooth model number h505 and i choose model number h520. The pass code given for the h520 was 0000, which worked for my h505. I just went back to the site and there is an option for passkeys (passkey, pass code, and pairing code are all the same thing). If you have motorola, the code is either 1234, or 0000 (four zeros). This is the link directly to the motorola support site, I hope this novel I just wrote helps, good luck. https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/21216/p_country_code/US

Unlock mobile phone (MOtorola)

Hi,
We can provide remote unlocking codes for 99% of Motorola handsets cheaply and very quickly.
There is no need to send the handset to us, all we need is the IMEI (serial number) of the handset which can viewed by pressing *#06# on the handset keypad.
The cost for this is £5 or €6 and your unlock code is returned within 24 hours, although usually alot quicker, typically within 15 minutes! :-)
Drop us a mail at sales@phonezonescotland if you want more information and we will be happy to help.
Regards

Can't get existing bluetooth headset to work with new phone

I had that problem when I changed handsets. You need to:
  1. ensure the bluetooth setting is turned on on the handset
  2. switch on the scala 500
  3. press and hold the scala 500 power button until the red and blue lights are both flashing (you have to hold the button in for quite a few seconds)
  4. now you can search for new bluetooth devices from your handset and it should find it to enable you to connect

What is voice tag of H350 headset?

Voice tag is what enables you to call by speaking. So say you have a contact named Bob on your phone. You press the button and the phone beeps and you say "Bob" to call him. If you say it clearly, the phone will display Bob (and possibly any other contact that is close in name to Bob). If you don't do anything within a few seconds, it will start dialing Bob. That is the voice tag. My guess is your phone does not support voice tag or you dont have any voice tags assigned to your contacts. You will have to call from the handset, not the headset.
