Child safety lock

This device permits you to leave the appliance unsupervised without having the worry that children might be injured by or cause damage to the appliance. This function remains able also when the washer-dryer is not working. There are two different ways to set this option:
? before pressing the «Start/Pause»: it will be impossible to start the machine.
? after pressing the «Start/Pause» it will be impossible to change any other programme or option

Sorry but firstly you have posted onto the washing machine forum ;-0) and secondly, sorry again but we are not in a position to supply telephone numbers direct.
The reason is that the forum is just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving advice for free on the web ;-0)
What you will need to do is either refer to a suitable telephone directory or carry out a search on the web for the Electrolux Service Centre where, hopefully, you will find the number.

ewf1090 washing machine not working?
error E50 is displayed?

Check the inlet screen on the cold water hose. Turn off the cold valve by the inlet hose, disconnect the hose from the back of the machine, and look for a plugged screen inside the hose thread nipple on the back of the machine. Remove screen, clean it out, replace screen, hose, and turn water back on.

check the drain hose for kinks, if the machine is too close to the wall, it can put the hose in a bind and water can't escape. if it is free, then the water pump is clogged or bad.

your mod# doesnt come up so when you go to this site find electrolux and enter mod#pr6y33chb
and see if this looks like your mower plus you can order from this site also if you need to.

Check to be sure your racks are all slid in to the back. Are you getting a error code?
