Door seal replaced and sealing properly now. Still freezing the fresh veg. Settings +6 & -18 C. Temperature setting is 3 deg C.
SOURCE: freezer door rubbing
take the freezer door off and put a washer or two on the bottom hinge. sometimes there are extra plastic washers on the top hinge that you can move to the bottom to lift it up.
also check if the hinge is bent or loose, as this may cause the problem.
SOURCE: refrigerator side not sealing tightly when shut.
Sounds like you may need a new magnetic seal. It is worth the money to fix it, saving electric and your food items.
Good Luck

Loosen the hinges on top of the door left side, . lift or lower the door till it is level with the top of the unit. now do the other door. now look at the line between both doors, and compare the gap at the top and bottom . adjust once more time if needed. clean the metal and the magnet with windex then put weson oil on a clean towel and wipe all the way around each door.. hope this was helpfull to you.... SOURCE: REPLACEMTN MAGNETIC DOOR SEAL FOR FREEZER NOT
freezer needs to be down to temp with door shut for about 1hour to build up vaccum
SOURCE: Freezer door does not close properly
inspect the seal all the way around the door. check to make sure that it is not in a bind when you open and close the door. if it is you can try a little wd40 or silicone spray on the gasket and frame of the refrigerator where the gasket meets the frame. this will help it slide accros the frame better.
if the gasket is bound up and out of shape, you can heat it up with very hot water to straighten it.
make sure that you keep the gasket and the door facing clean. spillage from the use of the refrigerator/freezer can cause the gasket to stick especially at the bottom.
