The problem with these poorly made (in my view) sets is they are made in China and the company there has gone out of business by my count 2 times---they make poor sets for export and no parts or service literature so when you replace it consider another brand and something worth being repaired.
The unit has a fault on its power board and sustain board. It turns off because the sensor is preventing some component from bacoming overheated and catching fire or damaging further components. Seel professional repair.
