I have a Jensen SMP-2GBL MP3 player, but when I turn it on it stays frozen on the "MP3 Player" entry screen. What should I do?

I think your mp3 player is not recognizing the fromat you have filled in your mp3....read the manual and download the suitable format which your mp3 supports. Thanks :)

login to Jensen website and search for the mp3 player once found and then try to download its manual.

my jensen smp-2gbl says the music is there but says unknown format and will not play the songs. How do I fix it

i have a jensen model# smp 2 GBL it wont play it comes on for a second then turns off. I took out the music put in new music then it played for 5 minutes then turned off and does the same thing again. I put in alot of new batteries that dont work either can you help me

It sounds like your batteries are bad

turns out the USB wire/connection did not go all the way into my pc because they overlapped part of it with plasic

In iTunes select all the songs you want to put in the mp3 player. Right click on it and choose convert to mps
