My treadmill does hav a current running thru it but its not moving it can elevate but it seem like the motor does not work

Test the flexible cable from keypanel vs display board and tigh the connector from display board vs main controll motor board. Test the relais if there are. Test for open and close, and clean the contact with spray for clean contact. Watch the videos. Finally the display board can be faulty b) main motor board too faulty.

Elevation is elevating in the wrong direction

Unless this unit was physically re-engineered,either the rear end incline on some models or from the front depending on the mechanism look closely when you fold it up chances are you will be able see that mechanism thru the bottom cover slot made bigger for the rear wheels to move.

The repair for this is usually a new elevation motor. However if elevation isn't a big issue for for you, you can disconnect the elevation motor and use treadmill like that. The elevation motor doesn't go out that often. You should check with a local repair person. They may have a used one laying around. I usually keep one on hand to test with.
