I just want to know what to do because l want to change the bank account number as l applyed my provident fund?

If the sender wants to make a payment to your Kiwibank account from their bank's internet banking, there may not be enough fields for them to enter both Kiwibank's details and Citibank New Zealand's SWIFT code. In these cases, the 'Kiwibank Limited' details can be left out, but the sender must make sure they quote the '38' at the start of your account number. The '38' identifies your account as a Kiwibank account, so Citibank New Zealand know where to send your money.
If the sending bank has an existing relationship with another New Zealand bank, they may choose to send the funds through that bank instead of Citibank New Zealand. Make sure there are funds in your PayPal account. If not, transfer funds from your bank account to PayPal.
Existing payment methods include credit cards. Do you have credit cards linked to PayPal? If not, link at least one, it saves a lot of hassle.

If I understood your question right you want to withdraw your funds to your debit card. If that's what you mean you should have completed the following first:

- Verify your Paypal by following the instructions on the paypal site. usually you need to add your debit card first by using the debit card number not the debit bank account number

- If already verified Add the same debit card on your paypal by clicking Profile then add bank account. This time use the debit card bank account number. You should also know the bank code for paypal. You bank can tell you that.


Now if you want to withdraw your funds you just need to click withdraw menu then choose the debit card bank account you just added.

First, check with your bank on recent activities on your account and see if it is not a legitimate transfer of funds. If it is found it is completely abnormal, you must contact your bank and put a fraud alert on your account.Most likely you will have to change your account number.

Call your bank and have them cancel the withdraws or change your bank account number.

Login to your Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account yet, then sign-up for an account.

As indicated in the Paypal instructions, your bank account in the Philippines should be able to receive payments in Philippine Pesos.

Once you successfully added a bank account to your Paypal account, click the Withdraw link under the My Account tab.

Paypal offers two options for withdrawing funds from your Paypal account: Withdraw funds to your bank account and Withdraw funds your card. Since I did not know what will happen if I chose the second option and I did not have a debit or prepaid card, I clicked on the first option.
