if the washer has water in, disconnect the waste hose and put it in a bucket and drain out manually, once the water level is low enough the door lock should release without the appliance being plugged in
Hi Check the power supply/fuse in the first place. If the supply is right then the problem is of the door. Try to push the door a bit hard and try to open the door. When the machine is switched off the door has to open, find out if it is not stuck. Finally if things dont go your way call a mechanic. Regards.

If your washer doesn't seem to work at all, check these:
No power Lid switch No power
Check to see whether power is getting to the washing machine. Is it plugged in? Has a fuse blown or is a circuit breaker tripped?
Lid switch
If the lid switch is defective, your washer can't spin and may not function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
Some machines have a special lid-switch fuse near the lid switch, inside the control panel. If this fuse blows, the unit won't fill with water until you replace the fuse.
Your machine may not be receiving adequate voltage to start. Make sure
your machine is plugged in. Also, check the circuit breaker panel to make
sure all the circuit breakers are in the correct positions. Or check to
make sure no fuses in the fuse panel are blown. Try plugging something
else into the same outlet. If it won't work either, then there is
likely something wrong with the power outlet. Any of these could be the
reason power is not getting to your machine. Also, refrain from using an
extension cord to plug your machine in.
If one of the lines is lost (230v circuits have to hot lines) the light only works on 1 line check your connections. There is also a thermal fuse that shuts the machine down when its overheating. If there is 230v at terminal block. The fuse is what i check next, well doorswitch too make sure the switch isnt broken (upper right of door).
