Can you try the memory sticks in another PC.
Did you get them from a reputable dealer.
I have known people buy what they thought were 1 gig ram and got fakes. i.e. 512 or 256 meg.

Depending on how the flash drive is formatted the picture frame may not be able to understand the information on the flash drive. Check the operators manual of your frame for the correct format your flash drive needs to be in order for the frame to read the files. Most of the time formatting to FAT is the safest option
