I have a kipor ig6000 digital generator.it start and run, but the overload indicatorlight still on and have no outlet power. Please help.

Read the instruction manual. If you are certain you did everything right and the generator does not behave as intended then return it to the supplier as faulty.

Your generator is running a bit too fast, and the frequency is greater than 60Hz. Most generators are setup for 62-63Hz no load. You can adjust this at the governor for the engine.

Another possibility is that the alternator is providing electric with a large amount of harmonic distortion, which some appliances don't tolerate well (dirty power). Try adding a noise filter between the generator and espresso maker and see if that helps. The espresso maker may also expect to be grounded, which the generator is not able to provide (unless you are driving a ground rod). The noise filter may also require a ground as well.
