CLEAN you battery cables and battery even if it is new! You can use a old knife or the edge of a screw drive it should be real shinny. Then put some Vaseline or grease on them then and reconnect it. If that doesn't work check the other ends of the battery cables. The Vaseline or grease will protect the connections.

I have the EXACT same problem! I just posted today. I don't have TPMS or 4-wheel drive, but both sets of lights are on after changing batter. Did you ever figure out this problem?

bad ground at battery or chase.
A mechanic would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch (automatic) and the key switch.
