Factory reset did not work.....it didnt work with the Chinese writing either. It goes right back to haven to know email info.i done it several times all three factory resets have not worked.

My Digiland DL8006 tablet was completely hung at the boot. It wouldnt continue or shut down and no key combinations would reset it. It had been sitting for a while so probably low charge. I popped the back off, unplugged the connector for the battery off the board and reinserted. Tablet went back to off. Then plugged in to charge and the charge screen appeared. Left it to fully charge. Put the back on again and booted and all was well. To open the back pry around the crack on the edge with a small screwdriver or plastic tool. There are clips all around that will pop loose. Just watch for the plastic buttons, they are connected together and fall out easily. To unlock your tablet, I assume it's android OS, to unlock it, you need to shutdown the tablet first after that turn it on and press volume down button together, after that choose wipe.
