Yes but the units have come down so much in price that I would buy a used one at your local medical equipment dealer. Used for $30-$50. New from $70-$100. I sell these for a living.
First when you turn on the neb is it running and putting out air
second is the circuit or medicine cup you have new?
if not replace if yes connect tubing to spout on neb, connect other end to bottom of cup open up and put medication inside ( you can do a trial run with water just to make sure its puffing before you waste meds.
put on mputhpiece turn on should puff out like steam if not you compressor may not be putting out enough air if over 5 years old insurance should help purchace a new one with a dr rx if not call company you got it from they usually have a 5 year warranty on them.
