Unplug everything from your router. Unplug everything from your modem, even the power, cable. Remember where everything goes. Plug it all back in after few minutes
Sounds like a problem in your convergence circuit. This is the circuit responsible for making sure all 3 colors align perfectly so that you don't see what you are seeing now. If you have tried adjusting it and that did not work then you will need to have the convergence circuit repaired.
try unplugging and leave it unplugged for 24hrs.
mine does this on occasionally and this ussually resets it and it starts working fine. I dont know why, i just know it works for mine
