sometimes there is a small hole in the rear, and one removes it from the power and then press the button for a few seconds and power up again, and you should be able to proceed.
If not this way then it maybe a software FACTORY reset, however this will be shown in the manual.

goods----outdoor sports----hunting----scopes, optics, lasers------night vision
optics. Any of the monocular that are: Famous Trail, Night Owl Optics, Ziteh,
Klanakia, Night Vision, Opel, ATN, or any of them that looks the same but with
different names on them they are all manufactured in Russia. Russian has
probably 15 companies that manufacture night vision devises and or parts there
of. Some of these devise are good and majority are cheap but sold here in the US
at a much high price. Don't pay over $50 for one plus shipping.
