I was able to install the Roxio EAsy VHS to DVD3 Plus, but I get this message: Roxio Easy VHS to DVD has stopped working. Windows is looking for a solution to the problem. Thanks, Jeff

Do you have any other conflicting software or any other Roxio software? Any other Roxio or Sonic software will cause errors with Easy VHS to DVD.

It's also recommended to download the Service Pack from the Roxio.com site.

Create the following directory(s) in Users-yourusername-Appdata-Local:
Sonic_Solutions\EasyVHS2DVD.exe_Url_hhfgkb1u0ycf2w3tdzo0dhp3nidmxflu\1.0.1.21

Copy the user.config file into the 1.0.1.21 folder and run VHS to DVD - worked for me!
