It sounds like the memory stick would be full why not format it and limit your number of pictures to its capacity.  Download pictures to your PC to have more space.

Try saving your Monogram Wizard design to your computer. Then open Easy Edit and Import the design using the drop down menu under File. Manipulate the design and then send it to the machine using Write designs. You will have to make sure the design is going to fit in the hoop correctly before you save it to .sew in the Monogram Wizard program. On the save screen... near the bottom there is a box about turning the design sideways and this is often the problem. Will be glad to talk more. [email protected]

Short of memory space , file cannot be saved, box appears and I can't do any further

1) USB stick may have more on it than machine memory can handle. Try using a 512 or smaller stick and only have embroidery designs on the the stick. The machine has to read everything on the stick to determine which are designs and which are not.

4gb Sandisk Cruzer USB drive on Windows XP SP3 When transferring over large files (1-3gb) I get an error message after about 3-4 minutes of transferring (roughly halfway through or near the end of...

WinXP uses its own driover for USB drives like this so as long as you have the latest updates installed that should be OK.

Make sure you are doing nothing else with the computer when transferring the file.

Check and make sure you have at least double the amount of free hard disk space as you are transferring.

Reformat the flash disk completely and tyhen run a checkdisk on it specifying to report and fix all errors.

Try defragmenting the hard drive so temporary files can be laid down contiguously.

See if there is a BIOS update for your motherboard.

Error message 0x80070052

I tried setting up a new folder and transfering the files, this did not work either so I just purchased a new Jump drive. I had plenty of space remaining on the Lexar, however, my time was worth more than the cost of a new drive. I'll keep looking for "free solutions" to my problem and if I find the answer, I'll respond.

"Not enough space to copy files (Files not copied)"

This error message means that there is not enough space in the location you are copying to (internal memory or card). Delete pictures from the location you are copying to, or turn off the camera and insert a new memory card.
