How do I load up English on a Microsoft surface pro laptop

I don't think that would work.

Mine that I have requires the use of a charger that "magnetically" attaches to the side of the Surface Pro 3.

So, what do you call "microsoft password"?
If it Windows password, all you should do ir buy yourself a 100% legitimat windows XP on ebay. I'm providiong you a link but you can find more

Try clearing the history and cache on the browser.

Make sure the location and keyboard information in the control panel is correct.

There are no surface pro 4's or 5's yet unless you are an engineer at Intel. If you want it to stop discharging so quickly- turn it off, and no I don't just mean put it in standby. You need to power it off completely- that way you will keep it from eating your battery when not in use. These things boot so fast that the inconvenience of 15 seconds is not worth the hassle of a dead battery coming out of sleep after a day or so.

These get stuck- try holding the power button and the volume up for about 10-15 seconds and it should reset itself.

Other Microsoft products won't work on the Surface 2, only the Surface Pro.

As for apps, this is something that is going to come with time.
