I have a safe, digital. I lost back up key,sisco locks,key #118 need to get replacement,locksmith can not make one. How do I get a replacement.

The safe comes with 3 keys...2 User keys and 1 master. The user keys require a code and a key to open the safe. The master does't require a code to open the safe. As far as I know, there is no way to open the safe without one of the keys...call for a locksmith...

SOURCE: need to take lock cylinder out

You must unscrew the top yoke from the front system and turn it upside down to unscrew the bolts that holds the lock on the yoke.Perhaps the bolts need a hammer and something pointy (with sharp end) cause usually they are headless and you cannot use any tool.After that you should take it to the locksmith and you should not try to disassemble the lock itself.It is very sensitive and you can easily damage it or loose something from it.

there is red button on the inside of the door (hinge side) press this , then key in a new code

We have a Brink's Sisco protector safe, abd my husband lost one key. The number on the other key is 3442. Can I get another key?

take the other key to a locksmith and ask if the key can be cut ( not a hardware shop)
as it is a safe key the key profile may be the stumbling block but the locksmith may be able to get around that

Get a key for a sisco safe???

TMBurke and SentrySafeShop are crooks, don't place an order. Placed the order a month ago and not only have I not gotten keys, TM is not responding (sentry is his company).

Called Honeywell as they took over Sisco and they tried to find a blank for key 1443 and she said they don't even have any in the warehouse.

Looks like the only way to get it open is call a locksmith or learn how to pick locks yourself.

Need combo for Brinks home secuity fire resistant safe, Sisco model 5054. PLEASE TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!

You can contact customer service at the Honeywell web page or directly through Sisco at the number below - They might be able to help you recover the original combination for your safe. They can also give you directions for your safe. Else, you might have to cut this safe open from the back or call a locksmith/safe tech. You can open this safe fairly easily with a pair of large screw drivers or pry bars or you can mail a notarized letter, requesting the combination to your safe, and include the model number and serial number to:

Hardline safe lost key & battery flat

if you have lost the key -- then look on the face of the lock cylinder and see if there are letters and numbers on it,, ( key code ) -- take this keycode to your local locksmith and see if they could make the key. if the code is not there then take the safe down to your local locksmith shop and have them pick open the safe. now if the safe is mounted in your house and cannot be removed - then have a locksmith come out and pick open the lock and make new keys for the safe.
