Hi, that is probly a capacitor in the power supply section near the relay, he failed to keep it charged
whit a good capacitor tester wizard you must be able to find and check for cracked soldering around it or directly on the relays

Does the backlight come on? or even flash on and off when the TV is switched on? I presume the standby light is showing 'blue' then. Do you have any sound? Also, when the TV remote is pressed, does the standby light flicker?

You have a dry jointon your main card, check the following
switch contacts
line transformer or line transistor,

The 2 blinks are an indication of over-current. This is usually because of a shorted component. The most common is the horizontal output transistor. This will be a 3-legged part attached to a heat sink close to the flyback transformer (part with red wire coming out the top). This transistor will be marked C4856 or something similar. Update this with the exact marking and I'll provide you with the full part number and approximate cost.

alo all..

i got problem wif my TV... sony wega trinitron 29inch..

- last 2 night... the TV @ screen slowly lost color for 2-4second... and after that it suddenly turn off for 5-10second and turn back on itself. the led blink 3-5times....

what the problem to my TV?
