Im trying to sinc my 4th gen ipod touch through an ion iprofile record player, is there a way i can do this?

No, unfortunately the device was only meant for LP to iPod or LP to computer type connections, and doesn't support normal itunes syncing.

How do I eliminate static when I am recording from the ION USB Turntable to my Apple?

Static can be elimited by having a piece of wire running to earth. Many turntables have an earth connection. If it's the records themselves that are causing the problem you can get an anti-static record cleaner. I will post the website for one that I use all the time.
You can also get an anti-static record matt for turntables.

Sound is very low when downloaded to the ipod, also there are background noises when recording ie tv, people, cars etc

hiya, I haven't solved the problem but I am on my Mac at work and cant really go into it here, I'll try again when I am at home and have time, I doubt it would be possible to help as the turntable is in one place and I'm in another. Cheers

I have purchased a turntable with ez audio converter. I record one side of an album and it says recording complete. I click next and after a minute the software opens itunes and says converting temp1. Wait...

You can record the entire album, both sides without having to press next. When the entire album has been recorded then press next, you will a dialog box that allows you to name the album and songs. Make sure you have the most up to date software from the ION website- that is if you have an ION turntable. Go to ION website and locate your turntable- software will be on that page. Run it and it should correct any problems.

ION iTTUSB turntable has buzzing sound when I record

It sounds like you have a bad ground on the tone arm. It's probably time to replace the tone arm wiring, or the external connecting cables.

Ipods are not very user's friendly, using usb to hook up on your system needs a lot ot processing. The simplies way is to use a pair of 3.5mm - RCA patch cord, connect to AUX. or AUDIO IN jack
