How to reset neptune exotic electric shower - Neptune Home

check the circuit breaker is on & reset the thermal cutout on the unit

At a guess either the shower head has become clogged/calcified or the piping inside the shower has become so.

This means that water stays in the system too long, becomes over heated and the failsafe cut off activates.

Try cleaning or replacing the shower head.

They are not resetable so whats going on with it?

remove the low flow guts (if possible) in it and give it a try, these low flow filters have created issues like this many times..

This sounds more like a problem with a mixing valve however, I cannot find your model number. With more info I will continue to look but, what I would need to know is, is this used with a single or double faucet and does it heat it's own water or use existing hot water supply. I am giving you Neptune's site with contact info if that helps. They have Canadian and US toll free numbers, but recheck that model number.

I had the same Service Code 01. The solution is simple. Switch off the power for the shower for a minute or so usually located outside of the bathroom. Switch it back on and you should hear the unit (if it's close by) resetting itself. Switch on the shower and it will tell you to wait, then with a bit of luck it should wizz into action.

No reset button.
Probably a bad thermal fuse located on the blower housing.

I had the same problem and when i researched the problem on the internet it was suggested I buy a new Solenoid, which can be bought from the net for about £17.00. I fitted it myself and the shower has carried on working for about 4mths but has now stopped working again so now looking at getting a new shower instead. IT was a good stop gap though and for that price worth giving it a go
