My Frigidaire oven modelREG-94BK the timer won't stop buzzing

Please use tools to unscrew the top portion of the dial from the oven and check if the buzzing stops. If not, then you might need to remove the entire dial/timer from the oven and work with a watch shop to fix the timing function of the removed oven clock. Or you can request the clock specialist makes a home visit in order to fix the oven timer/clock for you instead.

According to the convection fan which does not work, I suggest checking the main oven selector, wiring and convection fan.
According to the timer you should first set the time and then verify the correctness the timer relay. If relay is open than completely oven will not work.

Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.

dis connect board wait three minutes and try agin, if still happens, get a new board.

F9 is a door lock error and to solve this issue you can hold the light switch for 15 seconds, this will reset the control. If it won't work then hold the light switch in and set the unit to clean and after a minute press cancel to cancel the clean cycle. If still it won't work then the door lock assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

unplug your oven. sounds like you need a new timer. the relay is not releasing . cause the timer wont let it

Yes a burnt out thermostat is the most likely cause, you may need to check the heating element for signs of overheating as well though.
