How do i remove the battery from my asus 5b95 laptop

I guess you meant this, and not the EEE PC with same model#
my wild guess is you have one of this.
and is a modern very thin laptop, and does not simple snap off the bottom like they did for 20 year.
now with thin, comes , harder battery service.
most folks get the Laptop serviced, others do the full dismantle
seen above by youtube.
the offical Asus manual does NOT covers these steps.

Turn your laptop over so the bottom is facing up. Locate the battery latch on the bottom of the computer. The image to the right shows some of the more commonbattery latches found on laptops. To remove the battery, slide the latch switch to the opposite side and hold it in that position until the battery is released.
