Contact the old (original provider) and ask for a 'PAC' code. Give this PAC code to your new provider. This will transfer your mobile number BUT I don't think you will get the prepaid credit, especially if your changing provider/network. If your using the same provider/network contact them directly and ask them nicely. They might transfer the prepaid credit to try and keep you as a customer.

If you already unlocked the Blackberry phone, simply put the Boost Mobile SIM Card (from the Boost Prepaid Phone) to the Blackberry Phone. The mobile number and the credits are link with the SIM Card and not the phone.
In case your Boost Mobile Prepaid Phone does not have a SIM Card (CDMA series), you have to purchase a Boost Mobile SIM Card and call the Boost mobile hotline to activate your newly purchases SIM and request to transfer your prepaid balance to the new SIM.
