How do i clean my with my philips hq2000. instructions are in a different langue

  • 1 Set the Jet Clean System base on a flat surface and pull the cleaning reservoir out of the base.
  • 2 Unscrew the fill cap on the reservoir, pour Jet Clean Solution into the reservoir and replace the reservoir in the base.
  • 3 Plug the power cord of the cleaning base into and electrical outlet.
  • 4 Remove the protective cover on the razor head and place it to the side. The protective cover must be removed or the cleaning system will not work.
  • 5 Slide the razor head into the base, push back on the razor handle and press the locking lever down to keep it in place. The indicator light on the cleaning base will blink, indicating the razor is inserted properly and charging.
  • 6 Press the "On/Off" button on the side of the cleaning base. The razor will lower into the cleaning solution and begin the cleaning process, which takes approximately one hour. The razor will rise out of the cleaning solution when the cleaning process is complete.
  • 7 Lift up on the locking lever, remove the razor from the cleaning base and rinse the razor heads under warm water to remove any remaining cleaning solution. The razor is now clean and ready for use.

  • If you just have the solution and not the Jet Clean System, then I would presume you could soak just the heads in the solution to clean them and then rinse it off.

I have a Braun razor, 8585. When I connect the stand to the power, the light indicating the level of fluid come one and is accurate. When I put the razor in the stand, the charge light flickers but no...

Try removing the cord from the clean/charge base and plug the cord directly into the bottom of the shaver. If it charges directly from the cord, it is a safe assumption that the clean/charge base is not working correctly.
This unit is not repairable as the problem is, almost certainly, a faulty circuit board. You will need to purchase a replacement.
You will find a replacement clean/charge base for model 8585 at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

How do I acquire a charge cord for an electric razor..."Zx4" 7797SCL ?

Many corded razors have a 110 cord that will fit. The Zx4 has a keyed receptacle. Depending on the cord you find (I used a Remington), you may have to whittle off the tang on the inside of the Zx4 power port. My Zx4 seems to be sensitive to polarity, it will not charge if the cord is plugged in backward. So when you get it to charge, mark the Zx4 case & new cord so you know which way to plug it in every time.

Norelco SmartTouch-XL razor, stopped working won't charge

It is doubtful that the battery is bad because they dont normally go bad suddenly. Usually, they will degrade slowly and hold a charge less and less before they stop working.
It sounds like you may have a loose connection somewhere. Check the leads from the circuit board to the moto and also the tabs that connect the battery to the circuit board. These sometimes break.

I have a Remington Titanium Smart system R - 9500 that I have had for about 4 or 5 Years. I just recently change the 3 shaving blades. I assembled the razor from this and started to shave again and had not...

It is probably just a coincidence that you are having a problem with the cleaning system after you changed the heads. Based on your description of the problem, it sounds like there is a clog in the system. Look for any blockages in the openings where the fluid goes into and out of the cleaning cup.

7526 twist cord and razor speeds up

Based on the limited info provided, it appears you have a rechargeable razor that you plug in to recharge.

I had this occur with an older shaver I had years ago. The suspected issue is tha the battery isn't fully charged and the razor is running on battery power while the cord is plugged into it and the power outlet.

However, the cord is making a loose connection at the razor or has a broken conductor in the cord. So and what is happening is that you arfe getting an intermittent power connection that allows the power to run the razor, which would be why it seems to "speed up" as any rechargeable product always run faster/better when connected directly to an electric power source.

You can look at the plug on the razor to see if the pins/connector is loose, and also carefully check the cord to see if shows signs of having been sharply kinked or bent at the razor plug end or at the power plug end or along it somewhere.

It could be as simple as replacing the power cord. Or you may have to take the razor apart to repair the charging socket at the razor to resolve this issue.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Laptop connection not charging battery also turns off from time to time.

Hello benno565, just the one's inside. This should give you a better connection (tighter), so the AC adapter is not too loose.
Think of things is this manner. You have a cable power cord that you plug into a wall outlet. You don't want to leave it plugged into the wall so you unplug it when your finished. Over time the power cord no longer fits tightly in the wall socket. So if you bend the power cable's prongs just a little bit (away from each other) the power cord has a tighter fit when plugged into the wall socket.

    ;-}
