I have not found a Janome RE1712 manual on the Janome website.

Therefore, I suggest you locate and contact a Janome dealer where you reside and ask him / her to help you locate and purchase a manual for your machine.

It may require contacting the Janome headquarters (in Japan) to find out if a manual (in English) is held in the company archives which can be scanned as a PDF (Adobe Acrobat Software required - free) and sent to you attached to an email.
