SOURCE: Unable open PSD: "unexpected end of file" error

1. Open "My Computer." In Windows XP, the icon is on the desktop. In Windows Vista or Windows 7, you must access this via the "Computer" option in the Start menu.
2. Double-click the "C" drive, followed by the "Windows" folder inside. Locate the temporary Photoshop folder, which will look similar to this: "Photoshop Temp6382948398." Double-click
the folder when you find it.
3. Locate the file inside the temporary folder that matches the name of the corrupted file. Double-click it to open it in Photoshop.
4. Click "Save As" in the "File" portion of the main menu bar. Save it in a different location and under a different name.

I hope that there are options for this.

You might try saving your psd file somewhere else, and try deleting it.

Psd corrupted!!? (Layers Gone)

I don't think I've ever seen a PSD file corrupted on disk myself. Often it's a sign of system instability. Did you have a crash or power failure while it was saving (keeping in mind that it may appear to finish before it's actually all the way saved to disk)?

Are your disk hardware and file system healthy? Look in your event logs for any indications of failures.

Try some repair tool:

My 0xc000000c "Restore Failed" prompt seemed to be the result of disk surface damage on the restore disk. After burning the restore disk to a new disk, the restore proceeded normally. Try making a copy of the original restore disk to a known good blank disk.

Psd to jpg

You probably need to flatten the image to get it into a background layer only. Choose in menu: Layer/Flatten image then try to save your image.

If it didn't work, then most likely your image is in 16 bits/channel mode, change it to 8 bits/channel. Choose in menu: Image/Mode/8 bits/channel.
